Abstract
This NORDTEST method is designed for on-site calibration of heat meters (in situ calibration). In this way, there will be no influence from the installation.
Heat meters described by this method are meters measuring heat flow by gauging the volumetric flow or mass flow of water, the temperatures in the forward line, and the return line and calculating the heat flow using an electronic calculator.
The calibration of a flow sensor will be carried out by comparing the equipment under test (EUT) with a reference meter.
