Abstract
This document specifies test methods for control measurements on sound calibrators and on sound level meters for measuring timeweighted (S, F and I) and time-averaged (LACK and LEA) sound pressure levels. The purpose of the test method is to verify, with a high degree of probability, whether the calibrator and sound level meter still fulfils IEC 942, IEC 651, and IEC 804, if relevant, without making a complete test of all parameters specified in the standards.
