Small chimneys: Heat insulation, tightness and mechanical strength at elevated temperatures (NT FIRE 020)

Abstract

  This NORDTEST method contains some supplementary specifications to the measurement procedure stated in ISO 4736-1979, Fire Tests – Small chimneys – Testing at elevated temperatures. This NORDTEST method is a more specified test method than ISO 4736, so that a test performed according to this NORDTEST method will also meet the demands of ISO 4736.
